Managing Director, Investments Advisory Services

Sheldon serves as Managing Director of the Investment Advisory group at NAI CBI Hawaii in Honolulu. Sheldon has 12 years of local real estate brokerage, with transacted volumes in excess of $100 million. He began his career at CBI without a client base or past experience in commercial real estate. He built his business from the ground up, methodically, and with excellent client service. Over the last 4 years, Sheldon focused primarily on properties in TOD (Transit Oriented Development) neighborhoods, development projects, and income properties. He regularly works with developers, property owners, city officials, architects, and engineers to successfully structure and close transactions. In his free time, Sheldon enjoys spending time with his family and surfing with his friends at Sandy Beach Park.


Christian s. Ferrer (S), MA, M.M.F

Strategic Advisory, Investment Services

Christian serves in both an Investments Advisory, as well Director of Research role within the broader NAI CBI Hawaii team. He brings together a unique combination of investment banking, financial risk management, strategy consulting, and business ownership experience into the commercial real estate space, allowing his clients a broader perspective on problem-solving versus the more traditional silo'ed broker approach. He has served private client, corporate / commercial, and institutional investor clients across his career. He holds graduate degrees in Economics and Mathematics, and is a Level 2 Chartered Financial Analyst candidate. In Canada, he was a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, and held the Canadian Investment Manager designation.
